Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of One Crown Serviced Offices, including office occupancy, memberships, workspace bookings, meeting room hire, event space hire, website use, and related services.
By accessing the premises, making a booking, paying an invoice, or using One Crown facilities, you agree to these Terms.
One Crown Serviced Offices is operated by BOXSHALL INDUSTRIES PTY. LTD(ABN 11 155 742 144) trading as One Crown (“One Crown”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Occupancy & Licence Arrangement
All offices, desks, memberships and workspace bookings are provided under a flexible licence arrangement and do not constitute a lease or grant exclusive possession beyond the allocated booked space.
Occupancy arrangements may be casual, short term, month to month, or fixed term as agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate occupancy where these Terms are breached.
2. Access Hours & Building Security
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard access hours are:
Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 7:00pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Extended access arrangements may be granted at our discretion.
Access is provided via PIN code, keypad, access credential or other nominated method.
You must:
- Keep access credentials secure
- Not share PINs, access codes or credentials
- Ensure doors are secured upon entry and exit
- Report lost or compromised access immediately
One Crown reserves the right to revoke access where required for security, non payment, misconduct, or operational reasons.
3. Payments, Fees & Pricing
All invoices are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings, memberships, offices and workspace access may require upfront payment prior to occupancy or issue of access credentials.
Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Recurring fees may be adjusted from time to time, with reasonable notice provided for ongoing occupants.
Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of access.
4. Shared Spaces & Amenities
One Crown provides shared access to amenities including kitchens, bathrooms, common areas and breakout spaces.
Occupants must:
- Leave shared spaces clean and tidy
- Wash and put away dishes immediately after use
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Respect shared use of facilities
Food or items left in common areas, fridges or cupboards may be removed at our discretion.
5. Kitchen & Fridge Use
Shared kitchen facilities are available for reasonable use.
Users are expected to:
- Label food where appropriate
- Remove expired or unwanted food promptly
- Maintain cleanliness after use
- Avoid leaving excessive food, containers or rubbish
Fridges may be periodically cleaned, and unlabelled or abandoned items may be disposed of without notice.
6. Lockers & Storage
Lockers or storage areas may be made available to members or occupants where agreed.
Storage is provided at your own risk.
Dangerous goods, hazardous materials, illegal substances, flammable materials or excessive storage are prohibited.
Abandoned items may be removed after reasonable notice.
7. Internet, Technology & Printing
Internet access is provided as a shared business service and is subject to fair use.
Users must not:
- Excessively consume bandwidth
- Operate servers, crypto mining systems or high load computing
- Download illegal, offensive or prohibited material
- Interfere with network performance or security
- Attempt to access restricted systems
Internet speeds and performance may vary depending on building demand and external providers.
Printing facilities may be available subject to fair use, charges, booking limits or approval.
Excessive printing may incur additional charges.
One Crown accepts no liability for outages, interruptions, cyber incidents or data loss.
Users are responsible for backing up their own data and maintaining appropriate cyber security.
8. Professional Conduct & Nuisance
One Crown is intended to provide a respectful and professional working environment.
Occupants and guests must not:
- Create unreasonable noise or disturbance
- Harass, intimidate or disrupt others
- Engage in offensive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
- Use the premises for illegal activities
- Damage property or facilities
Users must not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other occupants.
Repeated complaints or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Boardroom, Terrace & Crown Room Use
Boardroom & Terrace
Boardroom and terrace access is available by booking, hire arrangement or prior agreement only.
Availability is subject to bookings and operational requirements.
Crown Room
The Crown Room is a shared common workspace and breakout area available for general use unless otherwise booked for private hire, meetings or events.
Users must respect bookings and shared use etiquette.
One Crown reserves the right to restrict access to spaces during private functions or events.
10. Guests & Visitors
Occupants are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and visitors.
Visitors must comply with these Terms while on site.
One Crown reserves the right to refuse entry or request visitors leave where necessary.
11. Damage, Theft & Insurance
Occupants use the premises at their own risk.
One Crown is not liable for:
- Loss, theft or damage to personal property
- Damage to equipment, stock or belongings
- Business interruption
- Data loss or cyber incidents
Occupants are responsible for insuring their own contents, equipment and business activities.
Damage caused by an occupant, contractor or guest may be charged back.
12. CCTV, Safety & Security
CCTV monitoring may operate in common areas for safety and security purposes.
Users must comply with building safety requirements and emergency procedures.
Illegal activity or safety breaches may be reported to authorities.
13. Cancellations & Refunds
Day use bookings, meeting rooms and casual hire cancellations require at least 24 hours notice for refund eligibility.
Memberships, offices and ongoing occupancy arrangements are subject to agreed notice periods.
No shows are non refundable.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately where there is:
- Non payment
- Misuse of facilities
- Safety concerns
- Illegal activity
- Serious or repeated breach of these Terms
Occupants may terminate ongoing arrangements in accordance with agreed notice periods.
15. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, floorplans, photography and materials remain the property of One Crown or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, copy or commercially use material without permission.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
